More than a year and a half passed from the moment when we were living and traveling normally. Even these days it seems quite complicated to travel like in 2019 as trends are changing. All around the world, countries are relieved of travel bans and slowly we can come back to normal life, meaning we can finally get on planes for holidays or business travel.

Here, we will represent your list of countries that have already lifted  their flight  restrictions so you can have some idea where to go during the winter season or even next summer.

The UAE and Bahrain now open Europeans

The EU has decided to add the UAE and Bahrain to its safe list.

The newly revised list now incorporates Australia, Bahrain (new), Canada, Chile, Jordan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates (new), Uruguay and China, subject to confirmation of reciprocity.

However, the other countries can implement their own travel restrictions if they find it necessary.

It’s always recommended to visit each country’s airport website and find the latest information about Covid restrictions and rules depending on where you are from.

Australia plans to reopen to the world

Australia Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced that bans on international travel will be lifted in November, a month ahead of schedule and racing Australia faster toward reopening its international borders.

With these new measures, all vaccinated people will be able to visit Australia. From the other side, Australians will be able to travel anywhere depending on the local situation in the country they fly. When arriving back, all vaccinated Australians will only have to undergo a shortened seven days of home quarantine.

If you need more detailed information about arriving in Australia, feel free to visit its website and find the latest information.

Chile reopens its borders

Beginning 1 November, if the results of a PCR test completed upon arrival into one of three Chilean airports – Iquique, Antofagasta, and Arturo Merino Benítez – are negative, then quarantine will be lifted for fully-vaccinated tourists.

Unvaccinated people will still be banned from entering for tourism purposes. Foreigners have been allowed to visit since 1 October but must undergo a five-day quarantine.

India ended its travel ban

In March 2020, India initiated a travel ban on foreigners by disallowing visas for tourist reasons. It has recently announced that from 15 October, it will start reissuing tourist visas for people arriving through chartered flights.

Whoever wants to visit this beautiful subcontinent country and see the unique Indian pyramids now will have the opportunity for that.

Now, with new covid cases down every day, India is ready to welcome its tourists again. In 2020, figures show that under 3 million people visited the country, a 75% decrease on 2019 numbers

Fiji reopens its borders after 21-month ban

If you are one of those who like to travel to tropical places, Fiji islands can be the perfect destination for you

Fiji Prime Minister Josaia Voreqe Bainimarama said in a statement that “for the sake of the tens of thousands of Fijians–and their families–who depend on our tourism industry, we are also preparing to re-open Fiji as one of the world’s safest tourism destinations.

This country plans to reopen to everyone from the green list. Little after, when the country reaches 80% of vaccinated citizens it will be open to everyone, reported USA Today.

Good conclusion – No illusion

As the world comes back to normal, or at least something nearest to that, traveling will be possible in most places in the world. However, all of these places will have their own rules for entering, so it’s not a bad idea to check the government websites of the country that you travel, their main airport websites and health websites authority. That way, you will be sure that you will not be stock in one of the countries or spend much more money then you were planning to. No doubt, this and next year will be better and easier for traveling. However, we still have not reached pre-pandemic life, so with that in mind, prepare for your travel wisely.

Wish you a luck,

Have a safe flight!
